“I found our Realtor, Martha Laitin, from a Google search in early 2006 after having a disappointing meeting with another Realtor in the mid-coast Maine area [the summer before]. I liked her credentials listed in her website.

We were looking for a mid-coast [Maine] lake cottage to buy as a second home to replace a [Pennsylvania] condo that we owned and had on the market.
